Christian Carrillo De la Rocha is a Mexican architect based in the Riviera Maya. He graduated from University of Guadalajara and has professional experience working for international developers from Spain, Israel, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Turkey, USA, as well as renowned hoteliers and retailers from Mexico. His design style is based in the functionality of the space combined with the original architectural aesthetics of the Mexican Caribbean region applied to residential, recreational and commercial business. Some of his significant works include the Italian restaurant Sorrisi in Cozumel, Casa Isla Dorada in Cancun, several retail shops through the famous 5ta. Avenida in Playa del Carmen and divers’ residential buildings in Playa del Carmen as well. Christian has also written magazine articles and given talks at universities about architecture and urban planning.

She has particular expertise in beach house interior design, having worked on numerous projects in the coastal areas of Mexico.
